Warranty Policy:
CalComp Electronics is committed to quality and customer satisfaction. All our items are under a 90-day warranty, unless specified otherwise in the product description. If you receive a product that is defective beyond the faults detailed in the description, rest assured we will facilitate its return for repair or refund using a pre-paid return label.
Please take note that due to the diversity of our product range, an equivalent replacement for a warrantied product may not always be available. In such instances, we will issue a refund. Also, kindly ensure to read the condition notes of each product. We cannot be held responsible for any defect that was clearly specified in the product listing. For instance, if a DVR was listed as having a noisy fan, the product is sold as-is with the known defect.
Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy for our products. If you decide that the product you received is not right for you, you’re welcome to return it within this period. Please note, return transportation for items under this policy must be provided by the customer

If you receive a defective item that was not mentioned in the description, we will provide a pre-paid return label for you to send the item back for repair or refund. Please note that due to the nature of our business, we may not always be able to find an equal value replacement for a warranty product. In such cases, we will issue a refund.

30-Day Returns: If you receive a product and decide not to keep it, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for providing return transportation under the 30-day return policy. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. We cannot accept returns beyond 30 days from the original purchase date.
Bundle & Case Items: All sales of Bundle & Case items are final. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed for bundle sales.
